Selling to countries outside the EU

Basically, selling at net price to private persons or to traders in countries outside the EU is possible. A prerequisite for this, however, is that value added tax on the desired vehicle can be proven.
When purchasing, you will receive from us an export declaration which you should have stamped by customs when leaving the European Union.

As soon as we receive the stamped document, together with a copy of the import declaration into the non-member country, then we will immediately return to you the value added tax which we had retained as security.

Selling to countries within the EU

The sale to private persons within the EU is the same as the sale to private persons within Germany (vehicle price including value added tax).

Basically the sale at net price to dealers / traders within the EU is possible.
A prerequisite for this is that the value added tax on the desired vehicle can be proven and that we receive a positive reply from the Federal Tax Agency.

In order that we can obtain this information for you, we need copies of the following documents per fax or email in advance:

• tax registration with your tax office
• company address (official company stamp)
• proof of the turnover tax identification number
• your registration in the commercial register or your business registration
• personal identification of all owners / general managers
• power of attorney for the person picking up the vehicle
• on picking up: temporary registration plates or CMR-paper

Transit/customs plates and temporary plates can be obtained from your local council office.
