Your customer advisor will send you the purchase contract (if applicable, financing documents) by e-mail.

As soon as we have the financing documents, the purchase price and the signed purchase contract, we will send you the vehicle registration document and the necessary registration documents by post.

Your desired bike will be delivered by our logistics team by appointment - after that you are ready for the first tour with your new bike.

Deliveries are made directly by our own employees. The keys and all documents will be handed over to you by our driver on site. We usually need 3 to 12 working days for delivery. We will coordinate the delivery date with you in advance by telephone or e-mail.

The trade-in of your vehicle is possible. Just ask your seller about it. If you want to sell your vehicle but are not interested in a new one, contact our purchasing team. You can reach them on Tel.: 0711/797303-35 or use our purchase form to receive a binding offer.

If you wish, you can have your motorcycle fully registered with us, including your license plate number. Together we can choose and reserve your desired number plate in our house, by telephone or online.

You can have service work carried out by any authorized dealer during the manufacturer's warranty. Even if you take out our XXL premium guarantee or lifetime guarantee , you can have the maintenance carried out at another workshop.
